DISNEYLAND

Impatiently waiting for our house to be built we decided to take the girls to The Happiest Place on Earth! Where else? Disneyland

This was an amazing vacation!

We convinced my sister Jillian and her family to come with us and headed out during Spring break 08!

The kids were a little nervous to go on the airplane for the first time, which was fantastic in my book, that just meant they didn't wiggle as much. It was a pretty peaceful flight!

We arrived in California with a lot of excitement just in time to make it for the fireworks and light show! The kids were amazed !.

The next day we got up early to get into the park an hour earlier than most. This is where we met a bunch of characters and started riding the rides. Toon Town is where we located the roller coaster that is now Arika and Andi's favorite ride. The line wasn't long, so it was perfect for their long attention span. I think that they would have stayed there the whole time if we would have let them.

Kaley is more of a thrill seeker. Her dad took her on some of the BIG kid rides. The lines were longer, but she said it was well worth it. Splash Mountain was the ride of all rides for our oldest daughter.

The days were filled with a lot of excitement! Andi fought of Darth Vader when she learned to be a StarWars Jedi. Who knew Disneyland taught such valuable life lessons?

This year was Disneylands year to celebrate. They were giving out special things to people throughout the park. We recieved a ticket to go meet the princesses individually. This was a highlight for my little princesses. We had time to sit and talk to the princesses and then take a bunch of pictures. WOW!

We created a lot of GREAT memories! The girls are already asking when they can go back.
